Parking on campus requires a valid parking permit. Parking permit requirements are enforced Monday – Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, excluding district holidays. Parking areas specifically marked for disabled parking, red zones, loading zones, time zones and other restricted areas are enforced every day, 24-hours a day. Parking citations issued by the District Police Department are issued with the authority of the California Vehicle Code and the authorization of the West Valley-Mission Community College District Board of Trustees.

District parking citations are legal documents that will be issued and processed in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations. All drivers who are disabled (as defined in section 295.5 CVC), and who have been issued a valid disabled parking placard or plates by the California Department of Motor Vehicles, are authorized to park in any disabled, student or staff parking stall on campus without a permit.

Refund requests must be in writing and received by the West Valley College Extension office ten business days prior to the beginning of class. A $25 fee will be charged for all drops and withdrawls.
